This week I stumbled upon a great video of Simon Sinek, explaining why Millenials will get a hard time in working life. It is a 15 minute video that shows Simon Sinek in an interview. He really explains his thoughts very nicely and I think he really has got a point here. I am a millenial and this hurts a little bit !
